As the ordering procedure differs a little from what you might be used to, I will describe it here step by step:
1. Ordering
Fill in the appropriate form and send it off.
2. Receiving and paying your invoice
On receiving your order I will immediately send you an email containing an invoice and a link with my bank details. You can use this link to settle the invoice either directly via Paypal or, after being forwarded to a new page, through your check account or credit card.
3. Receiving your product
Printed book: On receiving your bank transfer I will immediately send you the book by post along with a code for accessing the accompanying videos.
eBook PDF:On receiving your bank transfer I will immediately send you an email containing a personal link for you to download the book onto your computer. This link is created by the file transfer service at www.wetransfer.com. The download will contain your access code to the accompanying videos.
DVD on “Michael”:On receiving your bank transfer I will immediately send you the DVD by post. The DVD will play on any common DVD player. No access code is required for this option.
4. Access to the videos
A password is required for accessing the accompanying videos.This will either be enclosed with the printed book or included in the ebook download.
On my website at www.helgabost.de, select the menu item “Videos English“. After entering your access code you can view the videos online. Downloading is neither necessary nor provided.
